Gerry Smith, Service Manager

Gerry was born and raised in the Springfield area. He has been married to his amazing wife for 27 years and has 2 children and 3 grand children. He is an avid Hunter and fisherman and spends much of his time off at his farm/hunting cabin in West Virginia. Gerry has been in the automotive field since 1972 and has been an integral part of this company sine early 1982. Gerry has spent many years as an ASE Certified L1 Master Technician and still maintains his certifications today. He has done a little or a lot of every thing in this field from being a State Inspector to fixing vehicles. He has been a service manager for the Springfield location since 1999. With his depth of knowledge, Gerry is the go to guy for the toughest questions on any vehicle problems.

Don Goodman, Store Manager

Don has been with Virginia Tire and Auto since 1995.He has worked in a variety of positions within the company. He lives in Fredericksburg, with his wife and two children. He has worked with the company as a Tire Specialist and Special Projects Manager and has very strong product knowledge when it comes to tires. He believes that if you take care of the customers they will take care of you. As the team leader in this location Don enjoys dealing one on one with customers. His goal is to create a professional environment for his customers, and have them feel comfortable having their services performed at this location, and getting to know the staff.
