Keith Roscoe, Managing Partner
Keith has been with Virginia Tire & Auto for over 13 years. He began his career as a service advisor in the Chantilly location and has worked at Springfield and Centreville locations. Keith was then a manager at the Gainesville store from 2003 to 2005, and was a manager at the Ashburn location from 2005 to 2006. Keith has been the manager at Cascades since it opened in June, 2006. Keith graduated from George Mason University with a BS Business Administration and lives in Gainesville with his wife, Swarn. Keith is an active member in his church and is an avid golfer.
Alan Krytusa, Asst Manager/Sales Manager
Starting with us at age 17, Alan was changing oil and tires. He progressed through the ranks, supervising the lube center, training new lube personnel, advanced to the Sales Advisor level on the front counter, and now is the Sales Manager and Asst Store Manager. Keith relies heavily on Alan’s expertise with tire concerns and his determination to satisfy customers in running a tight ship! Alan has also undergone intense service manager training with Chevrolet and Acura. Most recently a graduate of the ATI (Automotive Tire Institute), his knowledge of tires, repairs, fitments, and monitoring systems is unsurpassed.
Harry Harth, Senior Service Manager
Although with our company a relatively short period of time, his presence has brought an increase in automotive knowledge. His 30 plus years as a technician not only helps customers with automotive education, but gives our already superior technicians a helping hand in the diagnosis of difficult cases. His calm demeanor, steadfast morals, and personal integrity create a safe environment for customers and employees alike.
Jeff Todd, Asst Service Manager
Beginning his career in service as a customer service rep at a large retail sales company, Jeff brought to us a great sense of the customer’s needs and the experience to meet them. He started in our lube department and it became quickly apparent he had great skills we could use on our management team. He advanced quickly to emerge as our “night-shift“ service manager. He had many duties that molded him into the skilled professional service manager he is today. Attention to detail, great service, and his moral and ethical character make him an invaluable asset to our store.
